UOWN has partnered up with Iconinc, a luxury student accommodation brand, to help finance an extension to one of their already established sites called ‘Gravity’ Iconinc in Lincoln. This partnership gives the UOWN users access to work with a highly reputable student accommodation operator, and enjoy the potential financial rewards in the process. The proposed extension- Todson house will comprise of 41 apartments when completed in September 2023 and will have a GDV of XXX.

UOWN plans to contribute finance to this project in a number of tranches throughout 2021, each tranche of finance will be utilised during different phases of the development cycle. The first tranche will be a total raise of £250,000, which will be secured by way of charge over the asset.. The return will be an 11% per annum return, with 6% per annum paid out monthly and 5% per annum return paid out at the end of the project. The timeline of the project is 30 months. We are projecting a 27.5% return on investment.
